Maintenance: Saturday (June 27, 2020). Time window: 07 AM UTC - 8 PM UTC
The modern security threats force all web resources to switch to more secure protocols. Firefox already disabled support for TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 in March, and the upcoming Google Chrome version 84 will disable support for these protocols soon. To follow security best practices, ClickHelp will be deprecating the legacy protocols.

ClickHelp is deprecating support for legacy TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 protocols. This change will take effect on June 27. Client software that works with ClickHelp via REST API and does not support the actual TLS 1.2 protocol version will start facing connectivity issues. Please make sure that the your software uses TLS 1.2 to connect to your ClickHelp portal via REST API after June 27.

Two downtime periods of up to 5 minutes may take place during the maintenance window.

We appreciate your patience and understanding! If you have any questions, please contact us at support@clickhelp.com.
