AI Suite is a paid ClickHelp add-on that allows you to use ClickHelp AI tools: AnswerGenius for readers, Ask Your Docs, and WriteAssist for Contributors. With these tools you can explore modern AI capabilities in ClickHelp. For pricing details, refer to ClickHelp Pricing Plans.

By buying this add-on, you get a monthly usage limit of 30,000 ClickHelp AI Points (CAPs). CAPs are usage units that measure your AI consumption. When you and other users of your portal use AI tools, this increases the CAPs usage counter. AI tools remain available until you reach your 30,000 CAPs monthly limit. Your usage counter resets at midnight (GMT) on the 1st of each month. To view the current CAPs usage and limit, go to the My subscription page.
You can enable email notifications to get administrators notified when you've used 70%, 90% or 100% of the limit. This way you can monitor your usage and upgrade your limit if needed before it's you hit it.
AI Tools CAPs Consumption
One request in AnswerGenius increases the CAPs usage counter by 10 CAPs. It means that by buying the add-on, you can run about 3,000 AnswerGenius requests.

What happens when we reach our monthly CAPs limit?
The AI features become unavailable. You can upgrade your monthly CAPs limit or wait for your usage counter to reset on the 1st day of the next month.
If I need a higher monthly limit than 30,000 CAPs, can I upgrade the limit?
Yes. For this, please contact our Sales team.
If I don't use my full monthly limit, does the unused portion carry over to next month?
No, you get a fresh 30,000 CAPs limit each month regardless of previous usage.
Where can I view the CAPs usage and check which features consumed CAPs?
On the My subscription page you can see current usage and which AI tools made requests this month.
