New Home Page Editor
In the Amber (December 2023) release, we introduced the new Home page editor. Along with it, we have marked the editor you've known and used through the years — the WYSIWYG editor with Design and Source modes — as legacy.
What this means for you
- You can continue using the legacy editor throughout most of the 2024.
- While we still providing technical support for issues or questions regarding the legacy editor, we no longer accept or act on bug reports in this editor.
- You should switch to the new block-based editor by the end of 2024. We recommend recreating the old page structure with the new editor for best user experience and compatibility.
- We'll automatically convert any Home pages that are not switched to the new editor by the end of 2024.
- We will stop prodiving tech support and then completely remove the legacy editor from ClickHelp by the end of 2024.
We suggest switching to the new editor as it allows for a more robust, user-friendly creation and, most importantly, maintenance and modifications of the Home pages. Read more about the new Home page editor here: Building Home Page.
