Create Access Group

This topic describes the process of creating a new Access Group.

Creating a Reviewer Access Group

  1. Go to Settings → Users and Roles → Reviewer Access Groups.
  2. Click the Create Reviewer Access Group button.
  3. In the right-hand panel, specify the name of the Access Group.
  4. Next, select whether the group should have access to everything or to selected projects/publications only. If it's the latter, select the projects/publications this group should have access to.
  5. Finally, select the users that should be included in this group.
  6. Click Save Access Group at the top of the right pane.

Creating a Power Reader Access Group

  1. Navigate to Settings → Users and Roles → Power Reader Access Groups.
  2. Click the Create Power Reader Access Group button.
  3. In the right-hand panel, specify the name of the Access Group.
  4. Next, select whether the group should have access to everything or to selected projects/publications only. If it's the latter, select the projects/publications this group should have access to.
  5. Finally, select the users that should be included in this group. 
  6. Click Save Access Group at the top of the right pane.
