Create Access Group
This topic describes the process of creating a new Access Group.
Creating a Reviewer Access Group
- Go to Settings → Users and Roles → Reviewer Access Groups.
- Click the Create Reviewer Access Group button.
- In the right-hand panel, specify the name of the Access Group.
- Next, select whether the group should have access to everything or to selected projects/publications only. If it's the latter, select the projects/publications this group should have access to.
- Finally, select the users that should be included in this group.
- Click Save Access Group at the top of the right pane.
Creating a Power Reader Access Group
- Navigate to Settings → Users and Roles → Power Reader Access Groups.
- Click the Create Power Reader Access Group button.
- In the right-hand panel, specify the name of the Access Group.
- Next, select whether the group should have access to everything or to selected projects/publications only. If it's the latter, select the projects/publications this group should have access to.
- Finally, select the users that should be included in this group.
- Click Save Access Group at the top of the right pane.
