Disable Power Reader Accounts

Power Reader accounts can be disabled if you no longer need them. This will prevent the user from logging in to ClickHelp and accessing the documentation. You can enable the account at any time.

To disable the Power Reader account:

  1. Select Settings → Users and Roles → Power Readers.
  2. Click the Disable user (deny login) button to the right of the account you want to disable.
    Click the Disable user button to disable a user account

After that, the Power Reader account will be disabled, and the Disable user (deny login) button will change to Enable user (allow login).
