Migrate from Document360 to ClickHelp

You can easily migrate your content from Document360 to ClickHelp using the following approach:

Export your Document360 content to PDF as shown in the following tutorial video: How to export your knowledge base content to pdf using Document360 (Document360.com).
Import the resulting file to ClickHelp as described in the following topic in our User Manual: Import from PDF.

This way, you get your Document360 content imported to ClickHelp.

Even though it's also possible to export your Document360 project as a zip archive and import it in ClickHelp, the recommended way is to import from PDF since the zip is intended for re-importing into Document360 and not other tools.
