Migrate from Document360 to ClickHelp

You can migrate your content from Document360 to ClickHelp using the following approach:

1. Export your Document360 project as a ZIP archive, as described in the following article: Exporting your documentation as a ZIP file.
   

   Since public access to Document360 media files can be restricted, we recommend exporting your project with the Include media files option enabled to ensure the files correctly appear in ClickHelp after the import.

2. Import the resulting archive to ClickHelp as described in the following topic in our User Manual: Import from Document360.

This way, you get your Document360 content imported to ClickHelp.
