Migrate from Zendesk to ClickHelp

You can migrate your ZenDesk or FreshDesk content to ClickHelp using the following approach:

1. Export your ZenDesk or FreshDesk content to PDF.
2. Import the resulting PDF file or files to ClickHelp as described in the following topic in  our User Manual: Import from PDF.

After doing so, you will get your ZenDesk or FreshDesk content migrated to ClickHelp.
