Disable Contributor Account

Contributor accounts can be disabled if you no longer need them. This will prevent the user from logging in to ClickHelp and accessing the projects. You can enable the account at any time.

To disable the Contributor account:

1. Select Settings → Users and Roles → Contributors.
2. Click the Disable user (deny login) button to the right of the account you want to disable.
   
   

After that, the Contributor account will be disabled, and the Disable user (deny login) button will change to Enable user (allow login).
