Import Shapes from Microsoft Word

When importing from MS Word, Shapes are not supported, so they will be missing from the imported content. To handle this situation better, you can make MS Word save those Shapes as images and then insert those images into topics in ClickHelp.

Here is the process to follow:

• Open your document in MS Word.
• Save the document as a web page.
• Open the folder where you saved the document - it will have a sub-folder.
• That sub-folder name typically ends with "_files" - you will find all required images inside it.
• After you import your content into ClickHelp, you will need to edit those topics that had shapes, and insert the images where needed.
