Portal upgrades and server Maintenance - November 01, 2015

On Saturday, November 01, 2015, we will be upgrading all customer portals to the latest and greatest ClickHelp version, and performing some maintenance tasks. This will provide our clients with the lastest documentation tool improvements and features, and will help us ensure security and stability of the documentation servers. A downtime period of up to 15 minutes may take place during the maintenance window: 07 AM GMT - 10 AM GMT.
