Maintenance: Saturday and Sunday (July 17 and 18, 2021). Time window: 5 AM UTC - 8 PM UTC
We will be performing the ClickHelp infrastructure maintenance to ensure security and reliability of all documentation portals. Also, to provide ClickHelp clients with access to the latest improvements of the ClickHelp documentation platform introduced in the Rainbow update, we are upgrading customer portals hosted on the Europe server during the coming weekend.
Up to two downtime periods of up to 5 minutes each may take place during the maintenance window.
