To provide ClickHelp clients with access to the latest improvements of the ClickHelp documentation platform introduced in the Rainbow update, we are upgrading customer portals hosted on the United States server during the coming weekend.
Up to two downtime periods of up to 5 minutes each may take place during the maintenance window.
