ClickHelp Wave Update - Europe and Australia - December 17, 2022

Maintenance: Saturday (December 17, 2022).
Time window: 5 AM UTC - 8 PM UTC

On December 17, Saturday, during the monthly production servers maintenance, we will be performing an upgrade of ClickHelp documentation portals in our Europe and Australia data centers to the Wave Update.

We will be performing the ClickHelp infrastructure maintenance in all other data centers at the same time.

A downtime period of up to 15 minutes may occur during the maintenance window.
