We are pleased to announce a significant upgrade to our ClickHelp portals in Europe. On January 20th, we will be upgrading to ClickHelp Amber, bringing a host of new features and improvements to enhance your experience.
During the upgrade process, there might be a brief period of downtime, not exceeding 10 minutes. We are taking all necessary steps to minimize any service disruptions and ensure a smooth transition to ClickHelp Amber. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and appreciate your understanding.
