Translate Reader Menu Items

The Reader Menu is an important part of the portal navigation. In this topic, you will learn how to translate its items.

1. Open Translator Dashboard.
2. Since the Reader Menu is a part of the portal settings, filter the results to display only the Portal Settings translation document by typing "portal" into the Name filter box.
   
   
3. Open the document and translate it with the Translation Editor. The Main Menu items are usually the first in the document, and they are labeled to help you easily identify them. Besides the textual part of the Reader Menu items, you can also localize links. Each link can be found under the corresponding Reader Menu item text.
   
   

That's it! The translated Reader Menu items will be available in the corresponding language version of your portal.
