Audit Trail Events

The Audit Trail feature provides an enhanced event logging of the changes made in your portal. The logged events are classified into four distinct categories: User, Topic, Project, and Portal, where each category signifies the specific application area impacted by the event.

All currently supported events are described in the following list:

Password Changed
The user changed their password.
Password Reset
An administrator reset the user's password.
Created
A new user has been created.
Renamed
An administrator changed the user's login.
Login
A user logged in.
Logout
A user logged out.
API Key Reset
The user's API key has been reset.
Login Failed
A user tried to log in with an incorrect password.
Locked
A user is locked out due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts with an incorrect password.
Topic
Created
A new topic has been created.
Updated
An existing topic has been modified.
Project
Created
A new project or translation project has been created.
Copied
An existing project has been copied.
Published
A project has been published. This counts for the creation of new publications and updating existing publications.
Deleted
A project or publication has been deleted.
Imported
A document has been imported.
Exported
A project or publication has been exported to a downloadable format.
Settings Changed
A project's settings have been changed.

Home Page Template Applied
A default Home page template has been applied.
Home Page Published
A draft version of the Home page in any language has been published.
Home Page Unpublished
A published version of the Home page has been removed.
Global Find and Replace
A Global Find and Replace operation has been performed.
File Unlocked
A style or script file is changed and unlocked. This counts for all style and script files in the portal.
Settings Changed
Portal settings have been changed.

Webhook Subscription Created

A new webhook subscription has been created. Currently, the event only hits when a new Zap with a ClickHelp trigger is created.


Webhook Subscription Deleted
A webhook has been deleted. Currently, the event only hits when an existing Zap with a ClickHelp trigger is deleted.
