E-mail Notifications
ClickHelp
can be set up to send e-mail notifications to Contributors. To manage these settings, go to
Tools → Portal Settings → Administration →
E-mail Notifications. This is the settings page you'll get:

Topic Assignment Notifications

Notify users of articles assigned to them
When you have this option enabled, users will receive an e-mail when an article is assigned to them. The notification will have a link to the article along with the most recent ToDo items. - Notify when users assign topics to themselves
When you have this option enabled, users will receive an e-mail when an article is assigned to themselves. The notification will have a link to the article along with the most recent ToDo items.
Topic Status Change Notifications

Notify article owners of article status changes
When this option is enabled, the article owner will be notified of any status changes of the owned articles. As an owner is a person responsible for their articles, it's vital for them to be aware of the article's status to control the workflow. - Notify when owners change statuses themselves
When you have this option enabled, the article Owner will receive an e-mail when the owner changes the topic status themselves.
Topic Review Comments Notifications

Notify topic owners when review comments are created for their topics
If this option is enabled, topic owners will receive e-mail notifications of every comment created for their topics. -
Notify review comment creators when their comments are resolved
When you have this option enabled, comment creators will receive notifications when their comments are marked as resolved.

Notify review comment creators when their comments are deleted
If this option is enabled, review comment creators will receive notifications when their comments are deleted.
Topic ToDo items Notifications
- Notify topic owners when ToDo items are created for their topics
If this option is enabled, topic owners will receive notifications when ToDo items are created for their topics. - Notify ToDo item creators when their ToDo items are marked as done
If this option is enabled, ToDo item creators will receive notifications that their ToDo items are marked as done. - Notify ToDo item creators when their ToDo items are deleted
If this option is enabled, ToDo item creators will receive notifications that their ToDo items are deleted.
