Who is Instructional Designer?

An instructional designer is a professional who develops and delivers learning products for higher education, business, and government organizations. They are responsible for creating instructional materials such as participant guides, presentation materials, and other materials. Instructional designers also conduct a needs assessment to determine what students need the needs of the learning event, what the learners already know and what they can do.
