What is Scrum?

Scrum is an agile process framework that helps teams work together. According to the Scrum approach, a team breaks large services and products into small pieces that can be completed by a cross-functional team quickly. Then Scrum teams inspect each batch of functionality when it’s completed and then based on feedback, minimizing risk and reducing waste, they consider what will be created next. Scrum is most frequently used by software development teams, but the principles of this approach can be applied to all kinds of teamwork.
