Who is Technical Writer?

A professional writer who creates various types of technical documentation, helping people understand how to use a product or a service. The examples of the documentation technical writers create include: online help, user guides, online training material, white papers, design specifications, project plans, business correspondence, etc. This documentation can be delivered to the end user both as a printed version or as an electronic version.
