Fresh year – fresh start! It’s time to shape up your future and grasp a chance to communicate or collaborate with scientists, research scholars, and industry leaders from various regions. Keep in mind that some events from this list will be updated or rescheduled.

February

Effective Technical Writing and Editing is an online course dedicated to the foundations of tech writing. The course brings together attendees involved or interested in writing or editing scientific and medical texts, technical documents, documents for regulatory submissions, texts about pharmaceutical and veterinary products and medical devices. The event will be held on February 01-02.

UX Writer Conference is an entirely virtual event for those who consider user experience central to their work as technical writers. It will include breakout sessions, one-on-one networking, and unconference activities within a secure, password-protected space. The event is hosted on a custom platform where attendees can listen to their chosen talks or hang around in the reception area on February 21-22.

If you are a product manager, you might be interested in ProductCon London, where you delve into the future of product management. The event is organized by Product School and structured around the hottest topics in Product Management. ProductCon takes place four times per year in London, New York (May 18), San Francisco (October 19), and online. It gathers product professionals from all over the world. Mind you – the agendas differ, so spare time to study them and choose the one you’d like to listen to. The London event takes place on February 21-22.

The MarTech Conference will put you up to the tools, technologies, and strategies that can help you satisfy your customers’ expectations. UXLx conference is for those who want to stay up-to-date with the latest UX practices and trends. The experts’ talks will make you get back to work with that extra boost of inspiration. Besides, Lisbon is especially beautiful in spring, so take time on May 23 to 26.

June

Whether you're a C-level, a developer, a content strategist, or a marketer — there's something for you at DrupalCon. It is a mission-centric program of the Drupal Association designed to bring people together through in-person and virtual events. An in-person educational event will be taken place in Pittsburgh on June 5-8.

Evolution of TC is about innovations in software documentation. The event should have taken place eight months ago but was postponed to this June. The topics discussed are information modeling, API documentation and continuous delivery, UX writing, metadata/taxonomy, and many more. Join the professionals in the industry in June, 6-7.

July

We have already mentioned ProductCon here. On the 20th of July, this event takes place online, recreating the feel of an in-person event without the hassle of travel; you’ll be able to watch presentations, access slides, interact with speakers, and network with fellow attendees.

August

At Microsoft 365EduCon Seattle, you’ll see the world-leading experts in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and Azure. The subject matter is divided into tracks, and each session is designated for beginner, intermediate or advanced. September

Write the Docs Atlantic is a new conference in a similar online format to the virtual conferences held in 2021 and 2022. Further details of the Atlantic CFP will be announced later in 2023. Follow the news and set the date – September 10-12.

IST Technical Conference 2023 supports the technical workforce in creative, digital, engineering, and science technologies. Track info on their site and save the date in your diary – 13th Sept.

October

If you’d like to understand the emerging software trends and learn from software leaders at early adopter companies on practices to inspire your decisions, workflows, and roadmap, visit QCon San Francisco on 2-6 October.

The ASTC Conference is scheduled to be held on October 12-13 in Melbourne. The event will provide a face-to-face experience and a hybrid option for those unable to attend in person. Be sure to keep an eye on their page for updates.
